Character and Setting Focus Weeks

During our Character and Setting Focus Weeks, the children have been reading stories about marvellous and mischievous characters such as Matilda and Dennis the Menace. Last week, they listened to their teacher's read their favourite stories to them in class.

The children enjoyed sharing their love of reading with each other. They chose stories to read to each other in class and supported one another with their reading and comprehension skills.
