Year 4 Visit to France

Year 4 had a fantastic time in France and experienced so much. On day 1 we travelled from Calais to Nausicea, Europe's largest aquarium in Boulogne Sur Mer. The children saw sharks, tropical fish, penguins and so much more. After a picnic lunch we headed to the historic centre of Boulogne to buy ice creams and souvenirs. Then we headed to the hotel Stella Maris for some dinner before getting ready for bed.

On day 2 we were blessed with glorious sunshine. We went to the market in the beach town of Le Touquet and the children practiced their French while buying things from the stalls. We then went for a play on the beach and another Ice cream, before heading back to Calais to catch the ferry. All the adults and children thoroughly enjoyed the trip and the children are looking forward to their residentials in year 5.
