A.I.M Higher Day

Some children from year 1 and year 2 took part in an A.I.M high writing day. We travelled to Downsell Primary to work alongside other children from different schools. They worked with Neal Zetter, a poet, to create individual poems about their favourite foods. Gaby was very brave and performed her poem in front of everybody! The children then worked with others in to create group poems about animals and performed this with actions. The children were very inspired and had a very exciting time listening to all of the different poems and being very creative indeed.
