Poppy Sales

The School Council are supporting the Royal British Legion and will be organising the selling of Poppies and other goods over the next few weeks to help raise money for the charity. This Sunday Remembrance Sunday, a day for us to remember all of those who have fought in wars. The red poppy is a symbol of both Remembrance and hope for a peaceful future. Poppies are worn as a show of support for the Armed Forces community. The poppy is a well-known and well-established symbol, one that carries a wealth of history and meaning with it.
