Brilliant Club at the houses of Parliament
This year our Brilliant Club theme is democracy in the UK. As part of this we visited the Houses of Parliament and were lucky enough to be able to listen to part of a debate on knife crime. We visited the statue of Emmeline Pankhurst a leader of the suffragettes.
We had a workshop on voting and a mini election. Some of us were elected as MPS.
